EIS was founded by two lifelong friends, being born out
of the challenges of the COVID closures in 2020.
Christy is a lifelong equestrian with a vast breadth of personal and professional experience. She grew up riding and played polo at Purdue University, receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following her passion, she left the corporate world to run a Thoroughbred boarding, racing and breeding operation. Racing took her to Kentucky becoming the Director of Marketing for Darby Dan Farm, one of the most historic Kentucky farms.
Wanting to embark on a new adventure, Christy decided to take on the Director of Sales and Marketing of Classic Equine Equipment. After the owner sold the business to a private equity firm, she was asked to become the President and COO for Classic. In that position, she lead stall design and implementation teams for renown facilities across the US. Her designs are featured at the University of Georgia Veterinary Campus, Purina Research Facilities and Ashford Farms along with numerous, elite private facilities.
Her journey continued joining RAMM as a consultant in their fencing division. Learning the flexible fence industry, she quickly became well versed in the overall fence markets. This led her to become the COO just 18 months later. During this same time, she began breeding Hanoverians – two of which she has retained for competition.
Christy's decades of hands-on personal and professional experience gives her the background, knowledge and expertise to help plan your farm improvements. Christy has carefully selected the products EIS represents and is happy to speak with you about their benefits while comparing them to other market offerings. In addition, she is available for general barn planning and other farm related consultations.
Brian graduated college with a degree in Information Systems, working in the IT industry for 20+ years. During that time, he received his MBA and began his involvement with a family-owned small business. Corporate restructuring provided him with the opportunity to take over the family business full time in 2017. In a 6-year period he grew the family business more than 300%.
In the 2010's Brian completed 7 Ironman races building him into the work horse he is today. This in addition with his extensive, business background provides EIS with the strength, durability and expertise needed for on-site project installation services. An accomplished craftsman and landscape designer, he will travel to your farm with an entire installation crew, or can manage your local labor as a foreman.
